For those that love exploring the towns and villages, a short 30 minute drive away is the town of Abergavenny Known as the gateway to Wales, there are many well known shops as well as independent traders offering unique goods to catch the eye.
For a well deserved coffee and a cake, Abergavenny is blessed with its fair share of bakeries and coffee bars offering delicious lunchtime snacks.
Abergavenny also has two market days, Friday and Saturday. Friday being the indoor only market and Saturday's market has a mix of indoor and outdoor stalls, over 100 to be precise.

Brecon, only 10 minutes drive away and boasting three large supermarkets along with many restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets.

For those that love the lure of water, Llangorse Lake
is only a 10 minute drive away. Here you'll find a variety of water sports from sailing to water skiing and also other activities like horse riding, bird watching, star gazing, wildlife spotting to name a few.
There are dedicated activity centres around the lake so you're sure to find something of interest.
